We accept most health insurance plans and work with many Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Please check with your therapist to verify that he/she is a provider for your particular insurance or EAP.
Our rates vary from about $180 for the initial appointment and $150 for subsequent appointments. Sessions usually are 50 minutes. Cost to the client depends on insurance coverage. Often the cost for the client per session is the same as the co-pay for a doctor appointment. We can check your benefits and discuss cost before your first appointment.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please check with a therapist for details and options.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Please have exact amount if paying with cash.
Each therapist has their own cancellation policy. This will be explained at the intial session.
